The intent was to integrate the sounds and atmosphere of the earth with elements of the "Black Metal" genre to create a sound of its own. Incorporating themes of folklore, depression, love and pain formulate the music known today as Aylwin. Since that fall night when the band was created, Aylwin has released 2 studio albums, and a total of 4 releases along with integrating session members for live performances. In association with acts like; Stellar Descent, Alda, Zinvmm, and the well respected Eternal Warfare Records, Aylwin has indeed created a road all on their own.
