This is a video that has been requested many MANY times, and I wanted to dedicate the proper amount of time to it. I know many of you struggle with anger, so I wanted to make sure that you feel supported throughout this session. I am here to hold space for you while you move through this session, and I want you to know that you are beautiful, powerful, strong, and loved in your anger. If we allow ourselves to move, flow, breathe, and listen in our anger we might open ourselves up to lessons about what's beneath it, beyond it. Once we can accept ourselves in those moments it can become easier to invite agency into our actions and behavior. In addition to the surplus of requests for this video, this is also a topic that has arisen in the collective very often lately as well. I have had a Reiki Session with this theme, spoken with friends about it, and I know when these synchronicities happen it's usually an indication that many more are struggling with it as well.
