Anti-Meta Exodia OBLITERATES with 19-3 in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

Decklist: https://www.masterduelmeta.com/saved-... Discord:   / discord   After playing Stun for multiple Master 1 Seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel I think I can tell quite confidently when I see potential for a new Anti-Meta deck and Exodia delivered just that to me! So I had to experiment with it a lot and I teased Exodia a little bit on Livestream but the Deck was still under construction. First I went for a big backrow behind Exodia, then I tried Barrier Statue Earth which would still allow most Millenium Monsters to be summoned as beat sticks while I went for some Skill Draining addons like Skill Drain or Majesty's Fiend. In the end it all came down to deciding what the best Anti-Meta floodgates were and I decided to add that to the Exodia engine which is crazy powerful on it's own in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel right now. Graveyard Negates: I tried cards like Necrovalley and Macro Cosmos. Pulled them straight from my Stun Deck into Exodia. But the problem I came across most was that I would get Drolled or Veilered. I decided to go with Dimension Fissure instead. It works instantly on my turn and I can use it to dodge the cards above with great succes! And on passing it still works as a big floodgate for engines like Fiendsmith or White Forest. No Adding: Adding is big in the Meta of Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel right now and I know from playing Rai-Oh that it can shut down a deck on it's own. Since I couldn't keep that on the field next to Exodia and Droll is negated I decided to go for Lockdown. It's perfect! It does conflict a little if you get yourself in trouble but it destroys itself so you can get a comeback. That being said... this deck is all about surviving a turn and finishing the job on your turn. Going Second: I needed cards that can stop an opponent from setting up a board in the first place and since I don't run Morganite here I went heavy on Fuwalos and Maxx C as you can't be decked out! You'll draw into all pieces of Exodia and win before that happens. I also went for Dimension Shifter for the same reason: 'It can end a turn'. Then there were board breakers and I went with 3x Lava Golem. I don't need to normal summon it consumes with Exodia so it fits perfectly and is almost always playable when you go 2nd. You'll see in the video that it came in clutch often. Stop Special Summoning: The final part to make my Stun deck complete. I tested Statues but it was mostly an emergancy plan that was rarely needed so it had to go as it couldn't stay on the field turn 1 anyway. Then I remembered a card someone in the Discord came up with! Summon Breaker! And since it was a Field Spell it was exactly what I needed. In most cases you couldn't even make an S:P or your turn would just end. In worst case only Tenpai could play around it while it doesn't affect your own plays at all. The record was insane. I let myself drop for a fresh climb from Diamond V and I went to Master V with an amazing 19-3 streak where I disconnected once. And the other 2... I'll tell you on stream I suppose. I highly recommand you give the deck a try if you like fast Anti-Meta decks as it's cheap, strong and very reliable!
