Ritu has developed many events for the British Council, ranging from story-telling to Young Leadership Program. She is an active member of ECA (Early Childhood Education), India; and a member of FEAST (Federation of Asian Storytellers).venture called Ritu’s Nest when she moved to Hyderabad. She currently has more than 150+ students registered under various programs under Ritu’s Nest.ctive execution of the program. Ritu is a freelancer for many schools in and around Hyderabad for conducting English communication and writing skills for primary and middle school students. She is associated with various school start-ups helping them with conceptualizing and designing a story-based curriculum for pre-primary classes along with training teachers on effective execution of the program. Ritu is a mentor for ILP (Indian Literacy Program) to train their librarians in enriching their English skills and helping them in the delivery of their program, Pustakam. In 2010, Ritu founded her own start-up called GlobalWings in Noida, which guided students to prepare for TOEFL, Pre-SAT, and SAT for admission in foreign universities. In 2014 she started a venture called Ritu’s Nest when she moved to Hyderabad. She currently has more than 150+ students registered under various programs under Ritu’s Nest.
