I went for a walk on Bull Island in Dublin, not really knowing what I’d find- just wanted some quiet. The wind, the sea, the stillness… it all felt a little unreal. Somewhere in the middle of it all, I stumbled across an old, abandoned building. just standing there, slowly being taken back by nature. It was strange and kind of beautiful in a lonely way. Bulls island is one of those places that feels far away from the city even though it’s right there. You’ve got the sea on one side, the dunes and grasses on the other, and birds everywhere. Hope it gives you a bit of calm, or maybe even makes you want to go out exploring somewhere new.
