This trip also marked the tenth country I have visited. I spent two days each in Sarajevo and Mostar. Arriving in Sarajevo by car was a fascinating experience—the city felt completely surrounded by mountains. Walking across the Latin Bridge and into the crowds, I was deeply drawn to the cultural charm of this place. Standing atop the Yellow Fortress, I watched as the entire city at dusk became enveloped in mist and smoke from chimneys. The scene before me was something that even a camera could hardly capture. Reaching Mostar required a two-hour drive from the capital. During my two days there, the town had a dreamy atmosphere under the rainy skies. Whether it was the Old Bridge up close or the mist-covered mountains in the background, everything felt like a scene straight out of a film. Sometimes, a lesser-known destination can truly make one fall in love with traveling.
