Here is a video about how I eat and cook food while living and traveling full-time in my Toyota Prius that I converted into a camper. I've been traveling the country for a while now and have tried many different ways to cook inside my car and the cooking setup I have now is what I like best. I can actually cook INSIDE my Prius. I have a Cosori pressure cooker (which is the same thing as an "instant pot"), a microwave, a 12-volt refrigerator and lots of different utensils.
