I'll try to explain the drawer puzzle and the bag code puzzle: The drawer puzzle is not very hard to understand, you need to look at the list of tortured people and look the first two numbers (this time are 5 and 6), then at the poster above the desk. Look at your numbers in the poster and remember that the long dashes are the center drawer and the short dashes are the left drawer. Now, the bag code is a little bit difficult: You need to dig up the dirt and look to the reflections of the ring (you don't need to pick up the ring), long and short blinks are the code that you have to translate with the poster.
