It can be done, it just takes a few modifications while being smart. Also key is don't, fight through pain. Take time off till you are relatively pain free before trying to work out again. Remember if you're in pain and think you could be suffering from cubital tunnel/ulnar nerve subluxation, make sure you see a doctor.
