Ahoy, friends! This is a video I've been wanting to make for some time, but I wanted to wait until I got plenty of paddles strokes under the hull of my kayak before I did the review! I've also included some tips for beginner kayakers, like myself -- I hope that this info will help! Also, I did not state in the video how much I paid for my kayak - an oversight. I purchased my kayak, on sale for around $465, from a sports outfitting store in my area called Scheels. This price was far less than many of the other kayaks I had been considering, models you'll learn about in the video. I know they say "you get what you pay for" but, I can tell you, from my assessment, despite the low price of my kayak, I am very impressed with what I got as far as quality, design, functionality, comfort, as well as the happiness factor!
