2024 Tradeshow Recap Demos

We had three new head-turning demonstrations for 2024 tradeshow season, which included stops at Sensor+Test in Germany, Sensors Converge in California, and MD&M in Minneapolis. First, the musical "superdemo" combines as many NVE components as we could fit on a 17 x 14 inch circuit board. our angle sensors’ unique off-axis sensing capability provides closed-loop angle sensing for musical pitch pipes; the keyboard uses magnetic proximity sensors, and there's2xMOPP keyboard isolation. Second, the blinky-flashy NVE Corporation logo LED display. We use the ultrasensitive ALT021-10E magnetic sensor in a simple microcontroller interface to control 392 individual LEDs. The sensor can detect small magnets from as far as eight inches away, and even detect rotations in the earth magnetic field. Third, we previewed our wafer-level, chip-scale package magnetometers and magnetic switches, which are incredibly small and sensitive. We handed out new demo board business cards made from circuit boards with ultraminiature TMR switch sensors. A magnet actuates the sensor to turn an LED on and off. We also brought back popular demonstrations like our H-bridge Arduino shield and our rotary gear tooth encoder.
