You get to sleep in a Brewery! This is more than just a Brewery Hotel it is a place to let loose and is themed all things beer. The entire hotel celebrates BrewDog’s craft beer culture. From beer taps in your room to beer-stocked fridges in the shower, it’s a dream for beer lovers. Decor includes industrial-chic designs, beer-themed artwork, and views into the brewing facility. True to the BrewDog name, the hotel is dog-friendly, with amenities like dog beds, treats, and an outdoor dog park. We are owners of a grumpy old cat so we had to love on other guests dogs. The hotel is industrial cool design with steel accents, exposed beams and pops of neon. But the real show stopper is the Brewery. the rooms and lobby all overlook the functioning brewery. The smell of hops is always in the air here. We freshened up had a showere beer or two and then made it back down to the lobby for our complimentary check in beer. Elvis Juice is my favorite. It has a slight grapefruit taste to it. and all the toiletries at Brewdog Doghouse Columbus are sented like their beloved Elvis Juice. We had drinks and played some board games in the lobby before cutting through the beer garden, saying hi to some furry guests and then having dinner at Tap House the brewery restaurant. There are more fun to be had here with more games but the beer is still what shines here. The menu is elivated pub food and of course we had to order a giant pretzel. and we split the braise brisket ravioli, which I highly recomend. One unique thing on the menu, was if you challange your server to a game of Rock, Paper Siccors and beat them, you win a free dessert. Jim did the challange and came out victorious and his prize was death by chocolate. Staying at the Doghouse Hotel all night would make for a great trip, but we had tickets to a concert downtown. BrewDog Doghouse Columbus Hotel and Brewerty makes a great place to pre-game and its only an 18 minute Uber to downtown. Morning and the Brewery hotel are lovely. Every day starts with a hangover busting breakfast or some hair of the dog. They have an indoor excersice room, complimentary bikes to rent, There is a dog park and pond out back for their four legged guest and a bike/walking trail. Our grownups weekend is coming to an end. I highly recomend this to Beer aficionados who want to immerse themselves in BrewDog’s brand. Couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers seeking a fun and unconventional stay. Travelers with dogs looking for a pet-friendly getaway. It’s not just a hotel stay; it’s an experience that celebrates craft beer in every possible way.
