I'm in full venomshroud, 12nr rings and lbrs staff so it's pretty close if not worse than a fresh 60 ding. I spam normal nature protection potion, prepot some magic resistance as you can gain some mana back from the random poison bolts. The small guys do nature damage on their punches. When theres too many of them just stack them with ice block and do it again later if needed. Only fire blast, if you feel like you have a lot of mana and theres some mobs around you can mix arcane explosion. They have high frost resistance so cone of cold is very yolo and it also breaks the stacks when half of them resist and half of them dont. On clearcast use arcane explosion.
