I also explored more of the Iskender and food options that the province is famous for and I seriously need to think about cutting off some of the food because it's getting out of control lol Bursa is a very historical place and in Ottoman Turkish Bursa means "God's Gift" and to me that makes total sense! What I enjoyed most was going up to Uludag to try out skiing for the first time in my life or just enjoy a cool breeze with a cup of cay.
