Caroline Nitsch is a multi-disciplinary creative director with nearly two decades of experience working across the UK, the US, and Canada, shaping global fashion and digital campaigns. She started her career at NET-A-PORTER, where early exposure to e-commerce and digital storytelling shaped how I think about brands. Since then, she has worked at the intersection of creativity and technology; working on shoots with supermodels, building complex digital ecosystems, co-founding an AI company and pushing visual storytelling forward. She is known for a sharp eye and a systems-level way of thinking, with a 360° approach that balances concept, craft, and execution.
