An in depth look at The Muscle Hustle UI and character mechanics. Wikia: https://muscle-hustle-wrestlerpedia.f... Q: Who is the A-Team and why do they have beef with the Hustleverse? A: The Hustleverse is the combined social media community of the fans and players of The Muscle Hustle. All the featured social media platforms have their own section of the community and it's all interconnected. This also includes all the resources the players have made like the Wrestlerpedia wikia page and the TMH Subreddit. The A-Team is the highly competitive part of the Hustleverse, based mainly in their facebook group. They don't have beef with the rest of the Hustleverse per se, but they do enjoy any chance to climb the leaderboard ladders or face down all comers in pvp. Q: What are "Face" and "Heel?" A: Just like in pro wrestling, characters are either Faces (heroic, good guy characters) or Heels (villains). You can find out what alignment a wrestler is by looking at their art, their ability kits, and their little face/heel icon. Face looks like angels while Heel looks like imps. Face and Heel characters do not have different numbers on their stats, but their differing abilities do influence how each alignment of wrestler is used. Q: What does the Fight button do in the Contact List? A: It lets you have a one-on-one for-fun pvp bout with that contact! The first wrestler brought in is the wrestler you have designated as your Hero, which is the option that lets your friends call on your wrestler in pve matches. Setting a wrestler as a hero is explained later in the video. Friendly bouts do not KO your wrestlers and do not affect your pvp ranking in any way. It's for having fun or showing off! Q: What are the Roles/Classes? Law & Disorder, symbolized by the Red fist and background, represents criminals, lawkeepers, and former and current military style characters. They often favor abilities that bend the rules, but not necessarily break them, and demonstrate the discipline found on both sides of the law. Showman, symbolized by the Yellow fist and background, represents the big, loud, bright, and charismatic wrestlers that work the crowds like nobody else. They favor abilities that emphasize athletic or acrobatic prowess or aiding allies to hype them up for the crowd. Wild wrestlers, symbolized by the Green fist and background, represent the untamed power of nature and its beasts. They favor abilities that emphasize their strength and ferocity, or that show a bestial connection. Olympians, symbolized by the Blue fist and background, are the finest athletes and sports performers the Hustle has to offer. They are all top competitors in their chosen sports, as well as in wrestling. They represent the hard-earned skill, athletic superiority, and tight rules of sport. Hardhead, symbolized by the Purple fist and background, represents rebels, rockers, and rejects. Almost uniformly clad in leather, chains, and spikes, these miscreants are masters at thumbing their nose at The Man and embracing the brutality and insanity of the darker side of human nature. Q: What are the filled and hollow star ratings? A: All wrestlers are rated by rough power level in a numbered star system. The empy stars show future promotion capacity. Jobbers start at one star, and upgrade into two, and finally three star forms. Pros start at two stars (roughly as powerful as a two-star Jobber) and upgrade through three to four star as final form. Superstars begin at three stars and finish at five stars. Legends are the final tier of wrestlers, there is only one per role (except Law & Disorder as of this video, which has none yet). They start at four stars and upgrade all the way to six stars.
