Cannabis Benchmarks U.S. Spot Index Report for October 24, 2025 The U.S. Spot Index increased by 0.8% to $1,128 per pound this week. After declining for the past two weeks, the Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index jumped up 10.6% per pound this week. A significant rise in the volume weighted average for bulk flower transactions, by over 25%, drove the state index increase. Despite prepackaged indoor flower prices suffering a decline of 12.4%, a significant increase in total volume of bulk indoor flower transactions lifted the state indoor index by 10.3%. Cannabis Benchmarks has been collecting and analyzing wholesale cannabis flower prices in the state of Mississippi for several months, and we are preparing to introduce the Mississippi Cannabis Spot Index in the coming weeks. Since late June, the state wholesale volume weighted price has averaged $2,257 per pound and has ranged from $2,125 to $2,450 per pound. After hitting an all-time low on September 5th, the Pennsylvania Cannabis Spot Index has trended upwards for the 5th week in a row. This week the state index gained 3.7% per pound.
