Patta Gobi Aur Piyaz Ki Bhujia & Lauki Mong Ki Daal | Masala Morning | Shireen Anwar | 14 Sep 2023 | MasalaTV @MasalaTVRecipes LAUKI MOONG KI DAAL WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Yellow lentils (soak for 1 hour) 250 gm Bottle gourd ½ kg Water 2 cups Turmeric ½ tsp Green chilies paste 15 Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Whole chilies 4 Cumin 1 ½ tsp Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup Chicken stock 1 cup Oil ½ cup Onion large sliced 1 Curry leaves 15-20 Button red chilies 10 Crushed garlic 1 tbsp METHOD : In a pan, add soaked lentils with 2 ½ cups water, turmeric and grounded green chilies, ginger garlic paste, whole green chilies, and cumin, cover and cook for 30 mins, when lentils tender, add bottle gourd with 2 cups water, cover and cook till bottle gourd completely done, add chicken stock and coriander leaves. Lastly, give tempering and again add 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped, serve with boiled rice. PATTA GOBI AUR PIYAZ KI BHUJIA WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Cabbage julienne ½ kg Onion seeds ½ tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 20 Whole red chilies 6 Onion sliced 2 Ginger thinly sliced 2 tbsp Tomatoes chopped 2 Salt 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Chili powder ½ tsp Allspice ½ tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp METHOD : Heat oil, add onion seeds and rai, curry leaves, whole red chilies, and sliced onion, and fry until light golden, add ginger, and tomatoes, fry for 5 mins, add dry seasonings with cabbage sliced, ¼ cup water, cook uncovered stirring occasionally for 10 mins till the cabbage is cooked, add lemon juice, mix well and serve. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #pattagobi #piyazkibhujia #moongkidaal #laukimoongdaal #chefshireenanwar #shireenanwar #masalamornings #masalatv #masalarecipe #masalatvrecipes Subscribe To Masala TV for complete recipes! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Also, follow us on other social platforms.
