This Jigglypuff has an amazing ability that can put any Pokémon to sleep with just 1 energy, helping us stall the game until Wigglytuff is ready. I also include Omastar and Articuno, both of which have powerful control abilities. Thanks to Omastar, which evolves from Fossil, we only need to run 3 basic Pokémon, making it more consistent to draw Jigglypuff in the early game. We can also play Misty to make Articuno and Omastar viable earlier. This deck is pretty strong, and I highly recommend you give it a try. Have fun!
