While I'm just as severely concerned about the implications of a second Trump presidency, both the next 4 years but also the decades of impact this is going to bring, I'm also not going to succumb to dread and just give up, like I'm seeing some people express wanting to do. In times like these, I feel much more inclined to get more active in my community, prioritize mutual aid/community care, and get prepared for the bad things to come, rather than spending my time sulking and pointing blame.
