We have a brand NEW 2025 Ram 2500 with some exterior upgrades and I think it actually looks pretty good. But I think this 6.4L Hemi engine is a very durable engine with its reinforced high nickel cast iron block, high volume oil cooler, piston oil jets, high grade alluminum heads, sodium filled exhaust valves all with the purpose of making this engine durable and have increased longevity underload. secondly I love that this engine does not have the complications of the diesel emission that the diesel engine in this segment have to deal with. it is a huge advantage in my mind as a diesel mechanic. next I like that this engine is port injection fuel system rather then direct injection system. it makes things much simpler which should lead to better reliability. the fourth thing I love is the transmission, the ZF 8 speed is a wonderful unit and has been a reliable strong transmission in the ram trucks for years now. lastly with this engine have tons of real world experience we know exactly what the pros and cons are and its allows a buyer to make a very informed decision. 00:00 - Intro 00:54 - 2025 Styling 01:16 - 6.4L Hemi Specs 04:29 -Towing + Fuel Economy 04:59 - Durability 08:33 - NO Emissions 09:48 - Port Injection 11:29 - ZF 8 Speed 12:36 - Real World Usage
