In October 2022, Risa sought help for Kaylee, inspired by her own positive experience with bariatric surgery. Despite facing obstacles from other doctors, they found hope at Broward Health Imperial Point, where they met Dr. Chi Zhang. Understanding Kaylee’s unique needs, Dr. Zhang and his team provided the compassionate care that led to Kaylee’s successful robotic gastric sleeve surgery in March 2023.
