12 Minutes Hips & Abs Workout No Equipment - Buttocks and Lose Belly Fat Exercise Sure, here's a hips and abs workout that you can do without any equipment: Glute Bridge - Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top. Lower back down and repeat for 3 sets of 15 reps. Mountain Climbers - Start in a plank position with your wrists directly under your shoulders. Bring your right knee towards your chest and then switch to bring your left knee towards your chest. Continue alternating for 3 sets of 30 reps. Plank Hip Dips - Start in a forearm plank position. Dip your hips to the right, tapping the floor with your hip, and then come back to center before dipping to the left. Repeat for 3 sets of 15 reps on each side. Russian Twists - Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground. Twist your torso to the right and then to the left, tapping your hands on the ground next to your hips. Repeat for 3 sets of 20 reps. Flutter Kicks - Lie on your back with your legs extended straight up towards the ceiling. Lower one leg down towards the ground while the other stays in place, then switch. Continue alternating for 3 sets of 30 reps. Remember to engage your core throughout each exercise and to breathe deeply.
