Waterfest 19 Drag Racing presented by Unitronic at Englishtown Raceway Park - July 20/21, 2013 Stevebilt Outlaw Class Finals - Matched up the Lugtronic Volkswagen VR6 GTI of Tim Mullen vs USP Motorsports VR6 powered Audi S4 of Chris Green. There was alot of hype going into this final as these where the 2 quickest cars and of course the ole FWD vs AWD rivalry. This final didn't disappoint, neither driver wanted to stage first and they sat there waiting for the other to go in first for 45 seconds, finally Chris moved in followed by Tim. At the stripe it was just as close, Tim took the win with a 9.66 @ 162mph vs Chris's 9.69 @ 153mph. Both teams put on a great show for the fans this weekend making close to 10 9' second passes each this weekend.
