The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) thought they were "sending a message" with their coordinated October 2025 raids on CBD and vape shops across Kansas, including Salina, Topeka, and Wichita. They were wrong. The massive amount of product seized—343.38 pounds of flower, 43,867 THC pre-rolls, and over 84,000 edibles—doesn't show a successful bust; it proves the colossal public demand for a legal, regulated market. This video exposes the hypocrisy and economic absurdity of the KBI and Attorney General Kris Kobach's actions, and demands a new policy that puts people and prosperity first. 💥 The Shame & Hypocrisy We MUST Address: Selective Safety: The KBI prioritizes busting a plant while the state legally sells 180-proof Everclear and allows liquor sales through drive-thrus—a clear sign that their policy is about control, not public health. Wasting Tax Dollars: Kansas is choosing to spend millions on police raids, arrests, and incarceration, rather than collecting millions in tax revenue that is currently funding the states surrounding us (Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma). The Customer Service Gap: Consumers can drive less than 3 hours in any direction to receive "Apple Store" quality service and safe, tested products. Kansas arrests the sellers instead of regulating them, maintaining an unjust, expensive, and failed prohibition. 💡 A Better Path: Decriminalization and Regulation Kansas lawmakers need to stop sending "arrested statements" to the public. It is an act of economic and social shame to bust hard-working citizens and businesses while refusing to listen to the people who overwhelmingly support medical and recreational legalization. The KBI's raids are not a reason to double down on prohibition; they are the clearest signal yet that it is time for a public-driven movement to immediately decriminalize and then set up a regulated, taxed cannabis market.
