Raglan Little John motor and variator part 2

Completing the motor mounting & variator assembly. I replaced the thrust bearing on the moto shaft only, as the other seemed OK. I don't show all the turning operation and motor assembly, taking it that this is plain stuff, although for the person depicted in the videos.. he seems to be all thumbs, hence nothing is easy and goes according to plan. For example, just mounting the motor was a pain.. All in all, good, although the variator is not my 1st choice for a drive mechanism and may be replaced somewhere down the road. However, it functions, and will do for now.
