This video is dedicated to my sweet little Maltese PaiMei (prounounced “Pie May”) and some special moments he shared with Bowie. He passed away last month in the early morning of December 26, 2025 st 12 yrs old & 8 months. He had his health issues, mainly osteoarthritis (Immune Medicated Polyarthritis- IMPA originally diagnosed in 2021. Grade 1 heaet murmur never got worse from 2018. He recovered well, but we did a lot of work with keeping him healthy and happy up until the very last day which just happened to be Christmas, his most favourite day. He had aspirated on food/water shortly before Christmas, and I made the decision to have him with family and not at the vet on Christmas. It was a long and stressful 2025 with helping our parents move into assisted living early in the year, dad passing in July, mom’s dementia and hospital stays, my own health issues, work, and caring for PaiMei with 3 medications, massages, red light therapy, treadmill when he couldnt walk outside, and internal medicine monthly vet visits. Bowie has been such a good boy. He is doing well. I miss my little man deeply, along with hundreds of friends around the globe on Instagram and YouTube. Im sure he’s running the grassy fields with his angel friends and family.
