Richard Beaumont urges us to Stop when our lives show us that living is no longer an expansive experience. Richard points out various signs that show the life isn't working for all the Four Types: Manifestors, Gnerators, Projectors and Reflectors. He speaks of the external signs of a lack of caring for one's living space, the "heartsink" sense when going on as normal and the importance of letting go of those that bind us to an unsatisfying life. We create the experience of our lives through the decisions we make, but habit, familiarity and doing what we've always done eventually collapses the life to one of merely exisiting. The first thing is to Stop. From that open space a new life can emerge. I would love to read any of your thoughts or experiences that you have gained through the study of your own Human Design chart.
