Extrait du film à épisodes 'Superman' datant de 1948. Superman arrête la voiture d'hommes de main de la Femme-araignée (the Spider-Lady) pour sauver Lois Lane. Superman est joué par Kirk Alyn, et Lois Lane par Noel Neill. C'est la première adaptation de Superman sur grand écran. Dans la deuxième saison, Superman affronte Lex Luthor qui a inventé une machine pour se téléporter. Superman fut un immense succès et éclipsa tous les autres productions de l'époque. Kirk Alyn jouera ensuite BlackHawk en 1952. Noel Neill reprendra son rôle dans la série télévisée 'Les aventures de Superman' durant les années 50. Superman 1948-1950 est sorti en DVD en 2006 mais il n'y a pas d'édition bluray pour le moment. Le film à épisodes est aussi sorti en VHS et en Laserdisc dans les années 1990. Colorisé image par image avec TVPaintPro, un logiciel d'animation français, notamment utilisé par des studios comme Folimage situés à Valence, en France en dessous de Lyon. Il est aussi utilisé en Belgique par des studios comme Zorobabel qui a remporté plusieurs prix, par exemple au festival Anima à Bruxelles. Mon idée est de rassembler, plus tard, toutes les scènes colorisées, pour en faire une seule vidéo. Faire une version avec la couleur uniquement (dessin animé), et une version avec des images colorisées.
