#MultitaskingmachineWT-300 is a High productivity multitasking machine, covering from diversified small-lot production to mass production. It has High rigidity box-type slide ways on all axis. High productivity is achieved by simultaneous upper and lower machining and simultaneous left and right machining with high rigidity dodecagonal 24-station (Half Index) turrets. The distance between the spindles is 1100mm, and that specification make the machine suitable also for shaft-parts and deep hole operation. In the automotive industry, this machine is also used for the Crankshaft operations that require high machine rigidity. The Loading assist device mounted on the Lower Turret automatically load and unload the part in the spindle. Operator just load and unload the workpiece on the Load assist device, and the machine will use the servo axis to load the part in the spindle. That allow the work to be done without high skilled workers.
