this is my ranking of all the solos that Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) had from seasons 2 to 5 since he sadly didn't have any in season 6 31. It's an okay song but it just doesn't feel like the Warblers to me. Although, Blaine does sound good like he always does, and I'm glad it wasn't featured in any of the episodes. 30. It may have been cut from Sexy which was the episode that it was meant to be in after it was intended to be featured in it but it's still very good. 29. I really like the performance and not just because Blaine is singing with the puppets of Artie, Ryder, Jake, Unique, Sam, Tina, Will, Kitty and Marley that he made later on in the episode, but also because of how happy he looks. Even though he was sitting next to an air vent that had a gas leak. 28. There's a possibility it's the worst song of the episode it's in, but it's still a great moment because Blaine did amazing singing outside of Dalton Academy even though the performance ends in disaster since a fight breaks out on the dance floor between Finn and Jesse over how close Rachel is getting to Jesse while Blaine is still singing. It's one of the many reasons why I prefer Faberry over St. Berry and Finchel. 27. I love how Blaine sounds while he is singing it with the Warblers. It may not be one of my favourites but I definitely prefer the Glee version a lot more than the original. 26. A very powerful moment. It always affects me deeply every time I watch it, mainly because of how Blaine says through song that he will always be there for Kurt, no matter what happens. 25. I love it. Definitely better than the original. Blaine sounds brilliant but I never knew Sam could play the harmonica. 24. Blaine just kills it like he always does. And I love it every time I hear it or even think about it while listening to the season 5 version. 23. It may not be Blaine's first solo after joining McKinley but it is his first solo in the choir room and it's very enjoyable. 22. A very beautiful Klaine moment and definitely one of the best. Especially because of what happens at the end. 21. I love how it's the right song for Blaine to sing after Kurt advises him to always be a humble leader, and the performance even encourages Kurt to go to New York and follow his dreams. 20. One of the best songs of the episode, especially since Blaine was auditioning for the New Directions! and it would've been nice if he had attempted to do the Carlton. I say attempted because only Alfonso Riberio can do the Carlton. 19. A beautiful song. And not just because it's performed on Valentine's Day. 18. Blaine may have performed it to a shocked group and dedicated it to anyone who had ever been cheated on but it's still a very enjoyable performance. 17. Definitely the best song of the episode. And I love how Blaine literally signs up for everything, especially class president because of what Brittany says when she sees him writing his name down. Brittany: "What do you think you're doing, Blaine Warbler?" Blaine: "I'm running for president." It always gets me. 16. A great way to start the tribute episode to Michael Jackson. I especially love the dance moves that Blaine does in the performance. They are brilliant. 15. Every time I watch the performance, it just makes me think that Blaine is part of the Warblers again, no matter how many times I've seen it. But I am glad that he transferred to McKinley to be with Kurt. 14. A very memorable moment since it's the first song ever performed by the Warblers and it is definitely better than the original. 13. One of the best songs throughout the performance of the glee club's Grease. And a brilliant way to start the show. 12. A beautiful and memorable Klaine moment since the rest of the Warblers were saying goodbye to him after he transferred back to McKinley. 11. I love everything about it and the tables bit makes it even better. 10. Blaine may have been sentimental over his actions and how he treated Kurt and his relationship, but he still sounds amazing. 9. Who doesn't just want to be in the room, dancing with the Warblers during the performance while Blaine is singing? It definitely gives you that feeling. 8. I love how Blaine expressed his feelings towards his older brother by singing the perfect song about how he felt. 7. A very enjoyable performance. And definitely better than the original by Queen. 6. One of the best songs of the episode by far. It may not be my favourite, but Blaine sounds amazing while he sings it. 5. Amazing as always. And I love how confident Blaine is about auditioning for a supporting role in the school musical. 4. Definitely my favourite Glee song from season 2. I absolutely love it. 3. It's memorable because it helps Sam realise that Blaine's guilty pleasure is that he's into him. 2. It may have been hard for Blaine to sing it but it's still an incredible performance. 1. Best song of the episode tied with Glad You Came. And definitely Blaine's best solo by far. Happy 35th birthday, Darren Criss!
