R.I.P. Sacramento’s SkyTubes

After over 20 years of operation, the Sacramento location removed their skytubes. Each location is due to remove their skytubes due to COVID and Sacramento was no different. I don’t know the exact date they took them out, but it was pretty recently, most likely within the las 2 days. My mom went there today and she filmed this video. She also had me on FaceTime with the manager who gave me a lot of information. The manager told me that they still have plans to go through with the 2.0 remodel. If they ever do, which I pray they don’t, hopefully I can get the animatronics but I don’t think that’s very plausible since it’s a corporate owned store. They won’t be remodeling for a while though, so I guess I don’t have to worry too much about it yet. Anyways R.I.P. skytubes, you will be missed. Filmed on 10/22/2020
