This is an easy way to upgrade your pork loin game and impress your guests or a great change to your typical holiday meals. PORK LOIN ROULADE INGREDIENTS: 1 Pork loin 8oz Block of cream cheese (softened) 2 Cups of spinach packed 1/2 Cup of Shredded parmesan cheese Salt Pepper Garlic powder INSTRUCTIONS: In a pan over medium heat add in oil and sauté spinach down until wilted. Remove from pan and with a paper towl remove excess liquid from the spinach. Add into a mixing bowl along with parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Butterfly pork loin by starting at the lower 1/3 until you can open it like a book. Take the remaining 2/3 side that's thicker and do the same process to have even thirds. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and spread mixture evenly onto the pork. Roll tightly and secure with butchers twine. Set an oven safe skillet or Dutch oven onto the stove and add oil, brown the roulade on all sides and place into a 400F (204C) and cook until the roulade reaches internal temperature of 140F (60C). Remove from oven and lightly cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with any sides of your choice and enjoy !
