Do you feel like you have it? Have you had it previously? When you think you're going to get it? Most of us hit that point at some stage in our life, in business and in life. Well, I'll tell you, there's lots of distractions. There's lots of direction. You're getting pulled in lots of directions. You could go in lots of directions, and there's just a lot going on which contributes to this burnout. Firstly, turn off the noise. Don't be distracted by things that you should be doing or what other people are doing. You know, starting new things and not completing them. Just get rid of the noise. Two. Create better systems. What systems am I going to put in place so I'm doing the things that are moving me forward, that I'm doing the things that are getting me to my ten out of ten. So get a system in place so you stay disciplined in what you need to be doing. And thirdly, outsource where you can. Delegate/outsource. Get rid of all of those things that you don't need to be doing. And you may say, well, I don't know, I'm not earning enough money right now, but it's the, you know, the horse before the cart, the egg before the chicken. Make the commitment to outsource then that will give you the opportunity to go and earn the money to outsource. And so by outsourcing, that will allow you to grow your business absolutely. Massively. And a lot quicker. So, if you've got emotional, mental burnout - get rid of the distractions. Get rid of all of the noise. Create better systems in place and outsource where you can, and you'll feel a whole lot better. I hope this video has been of value today.
