For anyone new to Sound Baths, let’s get technical… what you will hear is me rubbing some bowls with a stick, shaking some jingly things, blowing into a wooden tube with holes in it, and pulling on some metal wires stretched over a box. I send these sounds into shiny little boxes, each containing a tiny church or wizard, or both. The sounds then come back out sounding more sparkly, friendlier, longer, more organised, confident and full of optimism. (No wizards or churches are harmed; they offer their services willingly). This my friend, is a sound bath. Studies show that the sound waves created by these instruments support well-being, ease tension, and encourage restful sleep. They target areas of imbalance, restoring harmony and leaving you feeling refreshed and re-centered. I hope to see you there!
