[PoE] [Guide] Storm Brand Inquisitor 3.14 Ultimatum Ready | Best Allround Build in the Game!

Updated #Starter #Build for 3.14 #Ultimatum Greetings Exiles! In this guide I'm presenting you my most favourite build of all time: the Storm Brand Inquisitor. A strong and versatile start and endgame character that does everything. This is by far the best allrounder I have ever played. You can clear everything on budget gear with a safe ranged playstyle, super fast cast, movement, and clear speed, and consistent high boss dps. This build is an excellent choice as both League Starter or high investment character to steamroll every little bit of PoE endgame. 3.14 Changes: Flesh and Stone now has 35% mana reservation, making it not that good anymore. I suggest going with Herald of Thunder instead or with Skitterbots when leaving out Clarity with a high level enlighten if you do not have any mana problems. In this case you could also still run Flesh and Stone if you chose to do so. Vitality also received a nerf but because of how important regen is on this build I do not suggest to leave it out. 3.13 Changes (check PoB notes for further explanation): Changed Auras and mana reserve to get Vitality and solve mana problems for an overall more comfortable build to play.
