"Marsupilami" was a 1993 Disney cartoon that followed the comedic jungle adventures of the titular, long tailed Marsupilami, and his gorilla best friend Maurice, while foiling the destructive schemes of the selfishly evil Norman. The show seemed destined for greatness, until the relationship between Disney and Marsupilami's team would quickly sour. The end result would be financially costly for Disney, and with the way things played out over the following decades, it could easily be considered as one of the company’s biggest failures.
