This new ESC IS the replacement for the XLX. Designed for 1:5th Scale vehicles weighing up to 42 lbs and is capable. The Mamba XLX2 is a high-performance controller; you must use high-discharge cells in your high-performance application to ensure vehicle performance. It is capable of handling incredible amounts of power, and your motor must also be up for the task! I was able to configure my Typhon SWB to fit the new ESC and made sever tests including 4s, 6s and 8s. There is plenty left in this ESC so keep and eye out for more.
