Transcatheter Strategy to Close Congenital Portosystemic Shunt Associated with Hypoplastic Portal

In this video, we will be discussing a transcatheter strategy to close congenital portosystemic shunt (CPSS) associated with hypoplastic portal vein (HPV). CPSS is a rare congenital anomaly that results in abnormal blood flow between the portal and systemic circulation, which can lead to a number of complications including liver dysfunction, portal hypertension, and variceal bleeding.
