What Is Unschooling? (By Homeschooling Family)

In this video, I share more details about our unschooling approach to education. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We are a homeschooling family who doesn't bring "school" into the home. Our kids are learning to read, write, think, explore, play and create all at their pace. We act as mentors and guides and still take an active supporting role in their process. It's easy as an adult to dictate to kids what, how and when to learn - but the science and research is starting to point us towards considering more important factors. How rested are our kids' nervous systems? Are they stressed, anxious or checked out and uninspired? The unschooling process honours the natural learning process to unfold the way humans were designed to learn.
