The ingredients are: 1/3 Cup Olive Garden Italian Dressing Sprinkle Lemon Pepper onto The Chicken (2) Chicken Breast Cut in Half Washed Thoroughly and pat dry Rice Pilaf by Near East Dole Caesar Salad kit Cherry Tomatoes Preheat oven to 375 degrees Faren height Cut Chicken into Half and Wash Thoroughly and then pat dry. Place chicken into baking dish add 1/3 Cup of Olive Garden Italian Dressing and Sprinkles Lemon Pepper seasoning. Prepare Rice Pilaf as directed on the Box Prepare Dole Salad as Directed on Package instructions. I added Cherry Tomatoes, to my salad. This dish is light and refreshing. Bake Chicken for 35 minutes until 165 degrees Faren height internal temperature. I turned up the temperature on the stove to 425 degrees Faren height at the last 10 minutes until the chicken was nice and crispy. I served this dish with Chicken Breast, Rice Pilaf, and Salad. You can use Chicken thighs or any part of the chicken. Also, you can use white, brown rice or just a vegetable. This is light and good The olive Garden Dressing makes the chicken moist, and the lemon pepper is the perfect citrus tangy seasoning to the chicken. Enjoy
