Let's get figgy? Get'n Figgy with it? For this one I'll have to thank one of my Patrons - Tom. Tom has been asking me to make a cocktail Fig Syrup. In my 40+ years of bartending, I've never made a Fig Syrup before. And I love figs! (Especially the Newton Variety)...So after some trial and error, I think I have come up with a decadent syrup that will be amazing to use in a cocktail.
