It's a really lighweight mouse, even compared with the likes of the Superlight and Aerox 3 wireless. It might not be the fanciest looking mouser on the market. It has no RGB. But it has lots of decent specs, it's comfortable, doesn't get sweaty or oily and just works. I struggle to find downsides with this mouse and that's reason enough to recommend it. The software isn't particularly in-depth and you don't seem to be able to set macros, but otherwise it's brilliant. It's also IPX6 rated, meaning it can resist even streams of water. But it cannot be submersed. It also has a special anti-bacterial coating, so it shouldn't build up germs. All told, this is another great mouse from Asus.
