In Gaza, 14-year-old Farah is living in a displacement camp after losing her home. Despite the destruction around her and now living in a tent, she refuses to give up hope. “Life is hard, but we still love, learn and dream, just like children everywhere.” Farah attends a virtual school and dreams of becoming a nutritionist so she can help improve people’s health. But her dreams are simple — and universal. “We, the children of Gaza, only dream of a simple life. A safe school. A home that shelters us. A sky without war planes.” Across Gaza, children are growing up surrounded by conflict, displacement and uncertainty.
