This isn't for everyone. If you are not ready, you are not ready. This is a follow up to the mirror exercise. You want to know what your power is and how to use it? Command yourself in the mirror to show you. Connect with your self. Stare into your eyes and your soul and connect. Consciousness is everything including you. You make the ultimate choices as to what you experience. You want to heal? Google people who have spontaneous remission. You want to change your life. Google people who have done it and how. Not to follow them but to see that if it is possible for them. It is possible for you. If you want to blame outside forces or demons or witchcraft- do your thing you are creating that too. You are the observer so everything you think and lay your observation on is you collapsing the quantum wave of possibility from the unified field of possibility and creating it. So, you think it's someone else controlling your mind or whatever else? Congratulations you are creating it. There's one way to completely shift your reality and timeline but it requires a completely new identity and location. Change your name. Change your story. Change your country and your brain will change everything else and your past will no longer exist in the timeline you are in. It's been done by people all over the place.
