Yummy Iranian breakfasts at the buiest cofe in Iran | omelette and Nimro| Iranian food ☀️ A cozy corner full of flavor, memories, and the joy of morning light 🇮🇷 Hello! I’m Hami — a passionate explorer of the endless world of food, rich flavors, culture, and the stories hidden in every bite. To me, food is far more than just a basic need; it is sweet childhood memories, the color and scent of life, the identity we carry, and the precious heritage of beloved Iran 🇮🇷. Food is a bridge between past and present; between people and their feelings; between a heartfelt journey and a moment of calm. Since I was a child, I grew up with the aroma of lamb koobideh kebab wafting through Tehran’s alleys... The bubbling sound of grandma’s herb stew simmering on the stove... The scent of saffron rice and golden tahdig that steals everyone’s heart and paints smiles on faces. These were not just meals — they were memories, stories, love, and life itself. Today, my energetic team and I pack our bags and travel city to city across Iran, searching for traditional restaurants that offer more than just food; Places where every wall, with its old bricks, speaks stories, where traditional music fills the air, and the table is laid with bites full of memory and love. 🎥 On Hami Food, we take you deep into these experiences: From Rasht to Shiraz, Yazd to Tabriz, we seek out places where the true taste of Iran shines through without filters or alterations. From the moment food is prepared in the kitchen to serving hot dizi, charcoal-brewed tea, or that iconic crispy tahdig! We visit restaurants where Persian architecture lives and breathes; Places with wooden beds, colorful stained glass windows, old-fashioned candle holders, and clay walls — all working together to create unforgettable memories. Here, everything comes together so that you don’t just eat food; you taste life. 🍳 In this episode: We visited the famous Nimchasht Café in Qom, a cozy, nostalgic spot tucked away on Imam Street, next to Janbazan Store, where the scent of butter, brewed tea, and warm bread welcomes you like a loving embrace. Nimchasht — meaning “brunch” in Persian — is more than a café; it’s a warm corner full of memories and flavor. Its walls are adorned with vintage photos, copper samovars, old radios, and frozen childhood moments. It was lovingly created by a young couple whose dream was to serve breakfast not just as food, but as an experience that warms hearts and revives memories. ❤️ ✨ What’s on the table? Spicy tomato omelets bursting with freshness, saffron-infused fried eggs with butter, fresh barbari bread with creamy local cheese and crunchy herbs, eggs and sausage, sweet dates, halva, homemade carrot jam, brewed tea, and many more delicious treats… The line might be long, but the wait is absolutely worth it. 📍 Location: Nimchasht Café – Imam Street, Qom (next to Janbazan Store) 🎶 Soft traditional Persian music plays in the background, making breakfast feel like a small celebration of simplicity, warmth, and authenticity. 💬 Now it’s your turn: If you were here, what would you order first? The rich, spicy omelet? The classic cheese and herbs combo? Or something sweet to start your day? Please share your thoughts in the comments — your voice means so much to us! 🎥 If you love discovering cozy hidden gems and diving into the real taste of Iran, 📌 don’t forget to subscribe to Hami Food, like this video, and join us every week for new stories, new flavors, and fresh experiences. 🧳 Let’s travel together… to the heart of authentic Persian flavors! 🇮🇷🍴 🔖 #IranianBreakfast #QomCafe #TraditionalFood #Nimchasht #PersianCuisine #HamiFood
