Sourdough Bread Recipe ⭐️Ingredients: •370 g bread flour •100 g whole wheat flour •330 g lukewarm water •150 g sourdough starter •10 g salt ⭐️Instructions: 1.Mix the bread flour, whole wheat flour, and lukewarm water until fully combined (autolyse). 2.Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 1–3 hours at room temperature. 3.Add 150 g of sourdough starter and knead by hand for 10 minutes. 4.Cover and let the dough rest for 45 minutes. 5.Remove the cover. 6.Add 10 g of salt and knead until well incorporated. 7.Let the dough rest again for 45 minutes. 8.Perform the first stretch and fold. 9.Let the dough rest for 45 minutes. 10. Perform the lamination step (optional). 11. Transfer the dough to a new container. 12. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes. 13. Perform the first coil fold. 14. Repeat the coil fold two more times, resting 45 minutes between each fold. 15. After another 45 minutes, shape the dough.ENJOY❤️ 16. Place the dough in a banneton (proofing basket). 17. Transfer to the refrigerator and cold proof for 12–16 hours. 18. Preheat the oven and place a Dutch oven inside until it reaches 500°F (260°C). 19. Turn the dough onto parchment paper and score the top with a blade, making one deep cut. 20. Bake for 25 minutes with the lid on. 21. Remove the lid and bake for another 25 minutes. 22. Remove the bread and cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before slicing.
