DEMAS-PK.350 SEMI-AUTOMATIC FABRIC ROLL PACKAGING MACHINE *It is suitable for packaging Min.1500mm Max.4000mm fabric roll diameter. *Packing capacity 50-60 rolls/hour. *With the help of sensored automatic diameter measurement system, can be measured the diameter of the roll in the entrance by sensors, and nylon film waste is reduced according to the roll diameter. *Edge closing of the roll is done by insufflating the hot air at both two sides of the roll and puckers the nylon film. When the roll is rotating on the cylinder hot-air blowers approach near both sides of the roll and the nylons are heated properly and then they are puckered. *Puckered nylon film is pressed towards the frontal side of the roll with the plates. YARI OTOMATİK KUMAŞ RULO PAKETLE MAKİNESİ Min. 150mm Max. 400mm çapındaki kumaş rulolarını paketleme uygundur. Saatlik paketleme kapasitesi 50-60 rulodur. *Rulo çapı laser sensör sayesinde ölçülerek, rulo çapına uygun miktarda sarım yapılarak sarfiyatı minmuma indirilmiştir. *Sıcak hava üflemeleri ile rulo kenarının kapatılması sağlanmaktadır.Sıcak hava üfleme sistemleri pnömatik pistonlu,fotosel kontrollü sistem sayesinde rulonun merkezine üfleme sağlayarak daha kaliteli bir kapatma sağlar. *Daha iyi uç yapıştırma için,rulonun uç kısımlarına pnömatik kapama aparatları sisteme ilave edilmiştir.
