Inauguration of M|O|C Baner- 5th Community Cancer Centre in Pune.

M|O|C Cancer Care & Research Centre, India's largest chain of community cancer centres is making a conscious effort to live up to their promise- promise of offering evidence-based cancer care, through highly qualified and experienced cancer experts, in a state-of-the-art treatment facility, at an affordable cost, in the vicinity of patients. With our decentralized cancer care delivery model, M|O|C has ensured that world-class cancer treatment facilities and cancer experts are available at a shortest travel distance possible for patients. After 9 such centres in Mumbai that cover the length and breadth of the city and the suburbs, M|O|C instituted 4 centres in Pune till February 2025. On 12th October 2025, M|O|C Cancer Care is inaugurating it's 5th cancer centre at Baner. This centre will be manned by 4 cancer experts, namely- Dr. Liza Bulsara (Paediatric Hemato-Oncologist & BMT Physician), Dr. Mangesh Mekha (Medical Oncologist), Dr. Nikhil Shirsi (Medical Oncologist), Dr. Reshma Puranik (Medical Oncologist) and Dr. Shweta Lunkad (Hemato-Oncologist & BMT Physician). They have sound experience in cancer treatment and overall patient care. Presently, M|O|C is present in 5 states, namely- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi and Haryana with 26 cancer centres and 52 cancer physicians. So far they have treated over 4.5 L cancer patients in a span of 8 years. We will slowly moving towards our mission to expand our operations across India.
