Should you buy the Lego Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon | Solo Movie

Should you buy the Lego Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon from the Solo Movie 2018? Hello guys and welcome to another video from our series of buy recommendations, where we take a look at new or upcoming lego Star Wars sets and tell you our opinion if the set is worth your money or not. With the upcoming Han Solo Movie in may lego of course is going to release new sets, and today we look at the biggest one of them, the newest version of the millennium falcon. Lego Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon. So this version is obviously very different than the millennium falcon we know, being completely white and also has closed the gap between the two front wings. Normally there would be a cargo pod, but as you see here, this might actually be some kind of escape pod since it has thrusters at the end and a hologramm inside. Most of the outside of the set is pretty similar to the 2015 The Force Awakens Millennium Falcon, both the technic of the roof and the design of the walls is nearly the same. The interior on the opposite changed a little bit, but it also must have because the new Lego Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon has 1414 pieces and therefore around a hundred pieces more than the 2015 Falcon which had 1329. But of course, this means the price has also increased, from 2015s 150 dollar to now 170 dollars, what makes this set really expensive since its way over the 10ct per piece rule. We also get seven minifigures, starting with the young Han Solo and Qi'ra, which we also get in the speeder set. The other 5 figures are exclusive to the Lego Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon until now and include a new version of Chewbacca, which in all honesty looks like a starving teddybear, a young Lando Calrissian, a Red droid which is titled Kessel Operation Droid and two secret minifigures from which we only know the names, DD-DB and Quay Tolsite. In general there isnt much you can hold against this set. But until the movie is out we cant say much about the design of either the falcon or the minifigures. The most important point is therefore if you like the overall design itself. If you do, just wait as always for the price to drop to 130 dollars or less and buy it, nothing to criticize. But if you are like me and like the original Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon design more than skip this set, since you can get the 2015 Falcon for already around 100€ and you will still have nearly the same set with just other figures, and 5 exclusive minifigures are definetely not worth a hundred seventy dollar.
